ask yourself how fast you go. If you rip wide open desert type stuff, why not run a moto helmet? if you ride tech in the woods at low speeds yeah maybe time to reconsider. 
musics hurting, is this biking or a goddam arobics video? So good to see fairclough back in the mix, favourite rider to watch by far ced is awesome on jumps! Brendan got so much style on everything tho hammerschmidt had a fair amount of drag didn't it? good luck getting another gear in there too. I'd like to try one, I really like the concept and execution, although the pivot looks way too far back and high(high pivots are nice, but can be overdone, when you go from a 17 inch chainstay to 18 inch chainstay while cornering, its not ideal!) if belt drive were the solution dirtbikes would run them its not so bad, you just need a stem to be converted and its actually a significantly better design than whats out right now I'm really digging the wideclamp design, very moto 
my experience is off riding a balfa bb7, its really nice, but it has its advantages(chunder bombing) and disadvantages(corner exit speed). You're pivot almost looks higher than a bb7s, and further back too.
I would move the upper pivot lower, that much of a rearward axle path in my opinion isnt going to feel nice in corners as others have been saying too.
its very similar to the devinci design, other than instead of a single pivot at the dropout, it has a small 4 bar linkage. changes things completely as far as suspension action goes, but looks nearly identical to the devinci wilson. (seatstay is essentially the main acting pivot point with a bit of movement from the mini 4 bar, but not much, and the chainstay pulls a rocker link etc.)
